What about the warranty?When you place an order with wonenmetlef.nl you may assume that the product is in good condition and functioning properly in normal use.
wonen met LEF! applies for a period of no less than two years, which starting from the date of purchase.
Guarantee on living with LEF !:
• you get warranty on the product you ordered of 2 years;
• the product is purchased from wonen met LEF;
• The warranty is effective from the date of purchase;
• Depending on the item you have the right to a replacement, free repair or refund;
• cost of returning the product will live with LEF! for its account;
• This guarantee is in addition to and without prejudice to the legal rights that you already have as a consumer.
When NOT guarantee applies:
• the wear and tear to the product can be considered as normal;
• adjustments to the product have been made;
• damage to the product caused by misuse, intentional or negligent maintenance;
• if faults or defects already known at the time of purchase or when you receive the product (if this is the case, you are requested to contact the customer service, within 14 days of your direct contact).
